A common problem with T therapy, especially with injections, is the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, know as aromatization. This commercial site promotes several different products, but it also has a very good News and Research section about aromatization.

Testosterone manufacturer's claims of the efficacy of their products often differs radically from common practice.  Michael Mooney discusses this problem in his short article Frequency of Administration - testosterone.
