More about myself, well before I started my hormone therapy I was paranoid of everything, would not venture outside without others, had anxiety all the time and panic attacks constantly. I slept almost non stop, had no energy, was extremely weak (couldn't bench press 40 lbs) was basically sick. Depressed and for the most part suicidal. I failed at every job I had and was diagnosed Obssesive Compulsive Schizoid Personality with a nerveous disorder. I was very thin ( about 150 lbs at 5ft 9 inches). I trusted no one and thought everyone was out to get me, on the same token I knew it was a stupid bizarre thought, I just did not know how to get help. It was not untill my collapse that I got hospitalized and in my old records my doctors discovered I was KS and not on hormons. 2 years ago, getting better every day.

Once I started taking the hormons my phobias and paranoia started to fade away, my energy increased, my anxiety and panic attacks stopped, I gained 30 lbs of mass, 10 lbs of fat and can press my own weight easily.

I have a long way to go with my cognitive therapy but so far so good. One thing I find is the hormons give a false sense of security, you feel like you don't need them anymore. At one point I stopped and it wasn't long before I had a full blown panic attack. I know I can never stop taking the shots, but what I need to know, is there a balance for the fluid retention. I've heard some take water pills and it sort of even things out. Anyone on water pills? Whats it like?

For me testosterone enanthate gives me water retention but more mass which equels more energy. Testosterone Cypionate has no water retention but you walk around with an erection constantly, becomes anoying after the novalty wears off.

I am really interested in the amounts everyone takes, the brand and kind of testosterones. And side effects and how you cope.
